What kind of warranty do your products have? 
LaptopExperience.com provides a 45 day limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of the product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair done by an individual or another computer repair store. In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of the product. The warranty date will start from the time your package has been delivered to you.

 

How does the extended warranty work? 
Yes we offer extended warranties.  Our 1 year warranty is $59 (some models offer a 6 month warranty for $39).  If we cannot repair your computer within the warranty period we will replace your item with equal specifications.  Please do not attempt to have another computer store repair items for it will void the warranty.  The extended warranty is very simple.  You would be responsbile to mail the computer back to us and we will take care of the rest.

 

What is not covered in the extended warranty? 
Repairs done by anyone other than our company.  We will not reimburse repair costs done by other any other persons or companies.  Please contact us first so we may help you.  The warranty will not cover any damages caused by neglect which includes cracked screens and cracks to the body of the computer.  The warranty does not cover liquids that cause damage to the computer.  If we receive items that have damages that are not covered in the warranty we will be fair and quote the best and lowest price possible to repair or replace the items for you.  The battery life is not covered under the warranty.  We can usually replace batteries for $15-$30 depending on your model.

 

Do you offer refunds for Internet sales? 
We will offer refunds within the first 14 days of receiving your product.  Under no circumstances will the original shipping charges be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will apply for the total purchase amount.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping back to our address.

 

What do I do if I have problems with my product? 
We do our best to ensure each and every product we sell is free of problems or issues. If you were to have any questions or concerns we are here to help. For any warranty issues we require you to email us at orders@laptopexperience.com Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time for assistance. If we decide the best option is to replace or fix your product we will issue a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number which is required on any return. This number should also be visible within the returned package along with a note inside the box including your name, address, and phone number. All return products must have an "RMA" number and should be shipped to:
